Founded as McDonald Consulting Solutions, LLC (MCS), our company began with a commitment to delivering dependable, high‑quality support to organizations operating in complex technical environments. Our early focus centered on Quality Management System (QMS) support, helping organizations build, manage, and maintain compliance and effective quality frameworks.

We provided hands‑on expertise in writing and updating processes and procedures, conducting internal audits, managing risk, supporting management reviews, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. We also served onsite as external audit support to help clients navigate certification with confidence.

Although, these are still services we provide, as our clients’ needs grew, so did our capabilities and our vision. In 2025, we began doing business as McDonald Technical Solutions (MTS) to better represent the broader range of engineering, quality, and mission‑focused services we provide.

Today, MTS is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, delivering engineering and technical services that enhance efficiency, strengthen performance, and support sustainable growth. We bring proven experience across aerospace, government, DoD, logistics, and other high‑reliability sectors. We take pride in earning the confidence in seeing the project/program from start to finish.
